Pedro is a young Brazilian camboy who strips in chats under the pseudonym Neon Boy. In his successful shows he is naked and his body is smeared with neon paint. But outside the room where he does his strip shows and the small virtual world that desires him, there is a real world that seems to be against him. A victim of bullying, at the same time he has to face a trial in which he is the accused and his sister's decision to leave home and the city, leaving him alone. Soon, however, even in the virtual world of the Internet something begins to go wrong. An unknown person is imitating his distinctive style, taking clients from him. The only thing he can do is to meet this rival, with unexpected results. Directing team Filipe Matzembacher and Marcio Reolon, who are among the most acclaimed directors in contemporary LGBTQI cinema, return to the Lovers Film Festival after winning the prize for the Best Feature Film at the 2018 Teddy Awards.

  The two Brazilian screenwriters and directors Filipe Matzembacher (1988) and Marcio Reolon (1984) met while attending film school and started their partnership in 2012 with the short documentary Um Diálogo de Ballet. Then their debut feature Beira-mar (2015), screened at the Berlinale in the First Feature Competition. Later they directed the four episodes serial "Oh Ninho" (2012), that settled them as one of the most intriguing and respected signatures of the contemporary queer cinema.
