Bianca is a 39-year-old transsexual woman. She lives in Milan since 2009 and she is a prostitute. She is engaged since twenty years to Natasha, a trans of Japanese origin who lives temporarily in Brazil. For work and family reasons they haven't seen each other for almost two years, though their bond is very strong and the distance hasn't weakened it. Showed at Berlinale 2020, the documentary is about their love story made up of long phone calls and even longer waits.

Luca Ferri
Luca Ferri (Bergamo, 1976) is a writer, photographer and director. After numerous documentaries, in 2015 he made the feature film Abacuc. His works have been presented in numerous international festivals and also screened in museums and art galleries. After Dulcinea (2018) and Pierino (2018), with La casa dell'amore he concludes his "apartment trilogy", consisting of films made entirely in domestic interiors.
