Good Times for a Change narrates about the month before the election of Gianmarco Negri in Tromello, in the province of Pavia, who thus becomes the first transgender mayor of Italy, and about the construction of this result, which did not seem granted at all: "a victory against prejudice, against certainties... because everything seemed already written... ". And it tells of a group of non-LGBTQI+ people who believed that all of this was possible and who chose to change, together with Gianmarco. A story of courage, friendship, support and amazement that faces a simple reality: change is possible.

Mick De Paola

Mick De Paola is a photographer and film maker. He realized a photographic reportage from Chernobyl. Recently some of his shots have been included in the series, produced by "Vice", and aired on FX USA, entitled "Pride" that tells the story of the battle for LGBTQI+ civil rights in the USA.

Elena Comoglio

Elena Comoglio is a television author. She has worked with Sky, Mediaset, Discovery Channel and Rai. She met Gianmarco Negri on the program "Love Me Gender" realized for La Effe, Feltrinelli's channel. He is among the authors of the documentary Positivə - 40 Years of HIV (by Alessandro Radaelli, 2021) .
