NOTHING TO LAUGH ABOUT

by Petter Næss
Country: Norway
Year: 2021
Duration: 107'

Kasper Berntsen has everything a man could ask for: he is a successful stand up comedian, he has a regular gig at the city’s top comedy club, his best friend and manager Erik Elisabe is a marvelous crossdresser and he has a beautiful girlfriend. But one day everything changes. Kasper is laid off, his girlfriend leaves him and his doctor calls him to inform him that he has cancer. In the most dramatic moment of his life, Kasper turns his existence upside down. Nothing To Laugh About makes you feel like you’re taking a ride on a very emotional roller coaster. It breaks every rules and makes you smile like the most incredible queer manifesto.
