Country: Spain
Year: 1998
Duration: 94'

An interweaving of eleven stories in one night in Barcelona: characters who are distant from each other but are similar in the incapacity to communicate their existential failure and their inability to give a name to what they are feeling. A fragmented, unstructured film that focuses on couple relationships in all their possible variations. With echoes of Kieslowski and Almodóvar, he narrates the loneliness and anxieties of the end of the Millennium, giving a glimpse of light in the loveless darkness in which the protagonists coexist. Lovers FF's fitting tribute to the Catalan master Ventura Pons, who left us last January.
