A revolutionary artist who, by erasing the boundary between country and hip hop, has invited everyone to participate in his great, luminescent queer celebration of life. It’s as if he were a veteran of the rap scene, but he’s just 25 years old.

Zac Manuel
Born and raised in New Orleans, Zac Manuel is a documentary and music video filmmaker: through his work he explores themes like intimacy, black masculinity, and social issues related to the concepts of class, identity, and inheritance. He is currently completing Bloodthicker, his first documentary feature, which focuses on the relationship between three childhood friends, united by the fact of having celebrity parents, and how this singular condition affects them as they grow up.
Carlos López Estrada
Carlos López Estrada was born in 1988 in Mexico City. In 2018, he made his debut as a director of feature films with Blindspotting, which was presented at Sundance and later distributed by Lionsgate Entertainment. His next film, Summertime, premiered at Sundance 2020 and was awarded at Seattle International Film Festival. His third film, Raya and the Last Dragon, was released by Disney and was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Animated Feature.
