. Chheangkea
Born in Cambodia, Chheangkea is currently living in New York. He graduated from MIT University with a degree in Architecture and completed a master's degree in Filmmaking in NYU’s Tisch Graduate Film Program. In his films he tries to portray the complexity and nuances of both the Cambodian and international queer community. At the last Sundance Film Festival he presented his short film Grandma Nai Who Played Favorites (2024).
