Christian, a 20-year-old gay man, tries to get over the pain after his first love relationship ends. Searching for meaningful connections on dating apps, he plunges into a whirlwind of experiences, passion and obsession. This becomes a journey to find himself. We follow his mood swings as he copes with college studies and casual (and awkward) sex. His heartbreak over his ex, who suddenly reappears on a dating app, takes him into increasingly difficult and uncomfortable territory. Love, loss, ecstasy, angst and everything in between are portrayed in a realistic and direct way.

Ludvig Christian Næsted Poulsen
Ludvig C. N. Poulsen (1996) spent his childhood in a small town in Denmark. At a young age he worked as a model before turning to directing and screenwriting. In 2022 he graduated from the Super8 Film School. As a director, Poulsen is not afraid to explore the darker aspects of the human soul in his films. Although the stories carry considerable emotional weight, he manages to balance the seriousness of the subject matter with a humorous and often light touch.
