2 cis-het actors who have to interpret a gay couple decide to prepare for the role by exploring the history of Serbian cinema, looking for representation of queerness and homosexuality. This narrative device results in a passionate journey that examines how media representation can shape social perception in a country that is still very homophobic, by showing offensive stereotypes and naive portrayals, but also by incredibly sensitive and modern representations. A brave, militant movie - cinema-loving and proudly punk.
Biography

Dragan Jovićević
Journalist, film critic, director, and founder of the Greifer production company, he completed a PhD and a Master's degree in Film and Media Theory at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade. He has directed a number of TV commercials and video clips, including The Legend of the Tsunami: Film as Fashion, presented at the 2014 International Design Week in Novi Sad and Paris. He has written theoretical essays on cinema - Circles and Curses (2010) and Nation, a Genre (2021) -, as well as several short stories.
