Paul Morrissey
Paul Morrissey (New York, 1939 - 2024) was one of the most important underground filmmakers, a concept he helped create. As Andy Warhol’s right-hand man, he produced his controversial Chelsea Girls (1966). Films he directed include Flesh (1968), Trash (1970), Women in Revolt (1972), Heat (1972), L'amour (1973), Blood for Dracula (1974), The Hound of the Baskervilles (1978), Mixed Blood (1984), and Veruschka: A Life for the Camera (2005).
