Fabio is eighteen and lives in the quiet monotony of a small town on an Alpine lake. He helps his mother, now on her own and trying to rebuild her life, and works at the local boat rental. The calm rhythm of his days is disrupted when he meets three boys: brief encounters that open him to new forms of awareness — even if only momentarily. Shot in black and white, the film blends realism with a stripped‑back visual style, seeking an intimate sobriety in which the microcosm of everyday life reveals itself with honesty.
