The Lovers Film Festival – the oldest LGBTQI festival in Europe and the third oldest in the world – opens its 36\u00b0 edition at the Museo Nazionale del Cinema at the Mole Antonelliana, in the setting of the Aula del Tempio, celebrating great cinema with an exceptional godmother, an icon of Italian cinema: Sandra Milo<\/strong> (free entry upon request and by invitation). Alongside the artistic director Vladimir Luxuria,<\/strong> the actress will retrace her career and the history of Italian and foreign cinema, of which she was a protagonist. The conversation will start from her most recent achievement, the David di Donatello career award. The event will confirm yet again Sandra Milo\u2019s valuable role as an ally who is always on the front line to support the fights and the struggles of the LBGTQ+ community.<\/p>\n

Still on Thursday the 17th, at 8:45 PM, at the Cinema Massimo in sala Cabiria a special event will take place, opened by Sandra Milo<\/strong>\u2019s greetings, the ceremony of the TikTok Lovers Award<\/strong> and the performance I mille volti<\/strong> di by the famous comic actor Vincenzo De Lucia<\/strong>, after which two important films will be screened: Solitude<\/strong> by Fabio Grossi<\/strong> (Italia, 2021, 7′) and Dramarama<\/strong> by Jonathan Wysocki<\/strong> (USA, 2021, 7′).<\/p>\n

On Friday the 18th, Lovers comes alive with a rich program full of meetings and screenings, with Yole Signorelli<\/strong> aka Fumettibrutti<\/strong> as a guest, she created the official image of the Festival.<\/p>\n
