Special patroness <strong>Karla Sof\u00eda Gasc\u00f3n<\/strong>. During the opening night, the award-winning actress, recently nominated for an Oscar for her starring role in <em>Emilia P\u00e9rez<\/em>, will converse with director Vladimir Luxuria. The talk will be preceded by an introduction by <strong>Andrea Occhipinti<\/strong>, actor and founder of Lucky Red. Finally, Neapolitan artist <strong>Andrea Maresca<\/strong>, known as <strong>Spiff<\/strong> \u2013 author of the poster \u2013 will speak at the event along <strong>with Karma B<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The opening film (Cinema Massimo, Cabiria Hall, 9:15 p.m.) will be <strong><em>Vivre, mourir, rena\u00eetre<\/em><\/strong> by <strong>Ga\u00ebl Morel<\/strong> (France, 2024, 109&#8242;). Set in Paris in the 1990s, Morel&#8217;s directorial return \u2013 with which he participated in the last Queer Palm \u2013 explores the complexities of love in a potential love triangle between Emma, Sammy and Cyril that is shattered by the emergence of the AIDS crisis.<\/p>\n<p>With the attendance of <strong>Karla Sof\u00eda Gasc\u00f3n<\/strong>, patroness of the Festival, and <strong>Karma B<\/strong>.
