Waiting for LOVERS – Guests of the Festival Vincenzo Schettini, Marco Martinelli and Andrea Martini for La Scuola in Prima Fila

The countdown to the Lovers Film Festival continues and the curtain will open on Tuesday, April 18th (press conference April 5th, 11.30 am, Mole Antonelliana).

The oldest Italian festival on LGBTQI+ themes (lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, queer and intersex) confirms its attention to the new generations and this year it also does it in synergy with La Scuola in Prima Fila, the successful project of the National Museum of Cinema that has already involved almost 17,000 users between panels and live and streaming screenings and more than 2,000 students in workshops and museum visits.

The science communicators and influencers Vincenzo Schettini and Marco Martinelli and Andrea Martini, co-director of the cartoon Lampadino e Caramella will, in fact, be guests of the festival and will meet the students on April 19th, 20th and 21st at the Cinema Massimo.

Vincenzo Schettini will be the protagonist of the talk La fisica che ci piace for high schools that will precede the screening of:
Le Paradis by Zeno Graton (France 2023).

Thursday April 20th at 9.00 am (Cinema Massimo, via Verdi 18)
Marco Martinelli will be the protagonist of the talk La divulgazione scientifica dalla TV ai social (scientific dissemination from TV to social media) for secondary schools that will precede the screening of:
Soft by Joseph Amenta, (Canada 2022).

Friday April 21st at 9.30 am (Cinema Massimo, via Verdi 18)
Andrea Martini, author with Raffaele Bortone of Lampadino e Caramella nel MagiRegno degli Zampa will entertain primary school students on the animation and “secrets” of his famous cartoon.
Following screening of:
Strange World – Un mondo misterioso by Don Hall, Here Nguyen (USA, 2022).
